The car park and boat launching area is owned and managed by Minard Community Trust for the benefit of the community.

Locals and visitors are welcome to use the area for short term parking and launching boats. As a communal area with neighbouring houses, there are some simple principles that we ask everyone to follow:

• Please respect residents and other users
• Ensure launch area is kept clear at all times
• Respect access space to the picnic area, sheds and house
• Take all your rubbish home or use the bin by the bus stop
• No overnight camping
